Special Tuition: $111 (non-members) / $99 (members)

• Materials Fee: $10, payable at the workshop.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, pillow, blankets — anything you need to feel cozy during meditations

• Pen or pencil for note-taking

• Snacks and/or lunch (we’ll have a short lunch break, but not enough time to leave the venue)
